Meal Planning

Planning what to eat is almost as difficult as doing the cooking. We love our local produce co-op and plan our weekly dinner meals around the fresh produce we get each Saturday. Then we look at the local ads to see what meats are on sale. Then we create our meal plan for the week. Below are some of our recent meal plans. I will add more as we add to our recipes. We hope you enjoy our suggestions!

Week One

Monday – Grilled Chicken Salad

Tuesday – Grilled Chicken Gorgonzola Gnocchi

Wednesday – Tacos

Thursday – Spaghetti 

Friday – Sloppy Joes

Saturday – Corned Beef Sandwiches

Sunday – Tritip Salad

Week Two

Monday – Sausage and Peppers Sandwiches

Tuesday – Corned Beef Casserole

Wednesday – Thai Chicken & Broccoli in a Peanut Sauce

Thursday – Pork Chops and Grilled Vegtables

Friday – Cast Iron Pizza

Saturday – Taco Salad

Sunday – Potato Ham & Leek Soup
